Gaye Godkin is one of Ireland's leading public health nutritionists. She received her master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from UCD. Her work involves the examination of diet and lifestyle behaviours and their relationship to illness. Gaye has a profound knowledge of nutritional science, nutritional epidemiology and how food and lifestyle behaviours impact on our health and wellbeing. She acts as a nutritional consultant to many companies and organisations and is a very passionate sought after entertaining speaker. Gaye also works as a clinical nutritionist and offers a 1-1 personalised nutrition service.
Gaye is trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which is a behavioural modification therapy. She works with you to explore and identify possible health damaging behaviours. She believes that educating the individual and offering support to empower them to make the necessary changes will help ensure long lasting health.
